Role of MVP

What is a win? Our team wins when you have reached your rehabilitation goals. We want you to understand you are the most important part of the winning team. Your success is our success.

Communication

Talk with your therapist your rehabilitation goals. What have you lost due to this injury or condition? What do you hope to regain or achieve? Tell them about any changes in your condition as you go through rehab which include: pain, function, strength, and movement. If you have questions and you are between appointments, call us.

Make all your appointments

Consistency is essential in your rehabilitation process.

Be on time

Each therapist coordinates their schedule in a manner so they can give each patient the time they need. When patients are on time, schedules run efficiently so each patient is able to receive the full value of their visit.

Give at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment

This gives others who are waiting to be seen the opportunity to receive care more promptly.

Follow your home exercise plan

This is important during your treatment. Practice will also help you to form healthy practices and habits so you can maintain the progress you made after you are discharged.Work through your setbacks- Understand setbacks happen. Work with your team to find solutions to overcome them when they come.

Once a team, always a team

We are always here for you. Call us if you have any questions about a painful or debilitating injury or condition. We will screen you, and whether the solution is treatment or getting you on the fast track to the correct physician, we can help.
