Finding Relief from Headaches and Neck Pain

Each year over 9 Million people across the US go to the doctor to find treatment for their headaches. The cause of most headaches is a dysfunction with the joints and soft tissues of the neck, head, upper cervical spine, and jaw.

Problems with joints and muscles often occur together and contribute to each other causing a painful debilitating cycle, thus rehabilitation of both muscles and joints must be accomplished for effective pain control to result.

Physical therapy rehabilitates the muscles and joints by restoring mobility in these joints, by correcting muscle imbalances and poor postures, and educating the individual on behavior and physical activities that contributed to the problem in the first place.
