Margo Jones Brady, PT, DPT, CHT
Co-Owner

Margo has specialized in hand therapy and in treating conservative and post surgical dysfunctions of the hand and upper extremity. She loves treating multi-system injuries that are complex and challenging.

Margo graduated from the University of Utah with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010 and a Bachelor in Physical Therapy in 1977. She credentialed as a Certified Hand Therapist in 1993. After becoming a CHT, she has mentored many OTs and PTs to become Certified Hand Therapists. Margo’s career remains focused on teaching health care professionals in hand therapy, raising the standards of the practice, and educating the public and primary care physicians on the role of the Certified Hand Therapist. Additionally, she teaches splinting and hand therapy at the University of Utah.

Margo loves to spend as much time as possible with her family. She also loves cooking, gardening, skiing, tennis, traveling, and knitting.

 
Susan Ozaki, OTR/L, CHT

As a Certified Hand Therapist, Susan specializes in the application of post-injury, post surgical, and wound care therapies for injuries of the hand, wrist, and arm. Her training also includes conservative treatments for arthritis, nerve compression, tendonitis and other over-use injuries of the hand and upper extremity. She designs and fabricates custom splints to aid in achieving the best outcome of hand function. Susan is certified in teh ASTYM system which is a system to treat soft tissue injuries, see www.astym.com .

Susan believes one of the most important skills of a good therapist is listening carefully to the patient. By understanding the individual’s needs and recovery goals, coupled with her assessment of their abilities, she realizes the value in regaining function for patients of all ages. Susan is then able to team with the patient and physician to design and carry out a treatment plan to reach the patient's maximum recovery and return to a functional and active life.

Susan graduated from Colorado State University with her baccalaureate in Occupational Therapy in 1987. Following her internship at the Salt Lake VA Medical Center, she worked as an inpatient and outpatient therapist at Holy Cross Hospital. She joined Hand & Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialists in 1992. She earned her National Hand Therapy Certification in 1995 continues her certification by taking recognized coursework of treating the upper extremity on a consistent basis.

Susan lives in Salt Lake City with her husband and two daughters. She has a passion for rock climbing, skiing, rafting and being in the outdoors with her family.

 
Donna Tiley, OTR/L, CHT

Donna successfully passed the National Board Certification to become a Certified Hand Therapist in 2002. She specializes in the conservative and postsurgical management of hand and upper extremity injuries, fabrication of custom splints, as well as orthotics for the upper extremities.

Donna loves to be part of rehabilitation and recovery of patients following the surgical reconstruction of the hand, wrist, or/and elbow. She sees her role as a partner to both the patient and surgeon in helping the patient regain function and quality of life.

Donna graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. After graduating, she worked at the Pennsylvania Hand Center. Donna joined Hand & Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialists in 2002.

Donna lives in Park City. She enjoys reading, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, outdoor activities, and spending time with her husband and their dogs, Guiness and Porter.
